The Privacy Policy is a place where you will find out who is the controller of your personal data, for what purpose, to what extent and for what period of time it will be processed. Wearly is committed to protecting the personal information that it makes available to and is entrusted with. All data are processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Our goal is to make every effort to protect your data against loss, destruction, disclosure, unauthorized access or misuse.

This Privacy Policy will explain to everyone who is interested, for what purposes we process your personal information. In addition, you will find here information on how your data is processed, to whom we may entrust or share it, where your data may be transferred and what rights you have in relation to the processing of your data.

Wearly is a personal data controller within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text in the Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922).

what do we need your data for?

We use your personal data for the purposes of the newsletter and after running the Wearly platform to inform you about the start of the application.

We will not use your personal information for purposes other than those stated above without first informing you and, if required by law, obtaining your consent.

At the same time, we take special care to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, to ensure that they are:

(1) processed in accordance with the applicable legal regulations;

(2) collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes;

(3) substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

(4) stored in a form enabling identification of the data subjects no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

how do we use your information?

We use MailChimp and a dedicated mailing solution to handle data storage and processing. A tool such as MailChimp provides all the necessary standards for storing, processing and using the stored personal data that are provided in the form on Wearly's homepage. In addition, we have implemented a number of solutions to ensure the security of your personal information. For example, the connection to Wearly and Wearly with MailChimp and our dedicated tools is encrypted (see SSL certificate, https connection), we use firewalls, we constantly monitor IT systems and follow security procedures. The Internet will never be a 100% secure place, but we make every effort to ensure that your personal information is adequately secure in our systems, which is our priority.

how long do we process your personal data?

We assure you that your personal data will not be stored for longer than is required by law or by Wearly's and the Group's internal regulations. For example, Polish law requires employment data to be kept for 50 years and tax data for at least 5 years. Your name and e-mail address are available in our database for a maximum of 2 years from the date of their entry into our database or from the date of their last contact with you, allowing you to delete your subscription each time, which is tantamount to removing your data from our databases.

Anyone who does not wish their data to be stored in the database can contact us and submit a request for their deletion, providing a name and e-mail address (Right to be forgotten) allowing us to identify their data with the data in the database.

what rights do I have?

You can exercise your rights at any time:

- you have the right to know from us whether we are processing your personal data, for what purpose we are processing it, what categories of your data we have at our disposal, what categories of recipients of your data are and how long we plan to keep them,

- You can always access the data we process, correct your personal data that is incorrect or complete the incomplete data.

- You can always request the deletion of your personal data that we process.

Your requests to delete your personal data will be met immediately unless we are required by law to further process them, which we must do, or if your personal data is not necessary for us to establish, pursue or defend a claim. We will delete your data when:

(1) They are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,

(2) We have processed them on the basis of your consent, which you have withdrawn, and there is no other legal basis for processing the data,

(3) You have objected to the processing of your data in pursuit of the legitimate interest of the controller, and at the same time there are no other circumstances that justify the further processing of the data,

(4) Personal data have been unlawfully processed,

(5) Personal data must be deleted in order to comply with an obligation laid down by generally applicable law.

You have the right to lodge a complaint at the office of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-986 Warszawa.

can I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data at a later stage?

If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. However, you must understand that your withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal or the lawfulness of further processing, if a provision of the agreement or a legal provision so permits or requires for Wearly and the Group as a whole.

can I oppose the processing of my personal data?

You may object to the processing of your personal information if Wearly processes it for legitimate reasons, such as for the purposes of direct marketing.

Cookies are small text files that are stored by a web browser on your computer when you browse the website. Wearly uses "cookies" for the purposes of, among other things, the following:

a) adapting the content of www.wearly.me / wearlyme.com / wearly.pl to the user's preferences and optimising the use of websites,
